Cock Sparrer at Gagarin Live Music Space Athens Greece 14-12-19

Saturday 14 of December 2019 Cock Sparrer gave a fantastic gig for the first time ever in Athens at Gagarin LIve Music Space.The concert opened the Greek band The Titz.
A promising band with very good rhythm and energy on stage.The crowd was enthusiastic and got warmed up for the big band that was going to follow.
Το Σαββατο 14 Δεκεμβρη 2019 οι Cock Sparrer εδωσαν μια φανταστικη συναυλια για πρωτη φορα στην ιστορια τους στην Αθηνα στο Gagarin LIve Music Space.Την συναυλια ανοιξε μια ελληνικη μπαντα οι The Titz.Ενα πολλα υποσχομενο γκρουπ με πολυ καλο ρυθμο και δεμενο συνολο και πολλη ενεργεια στη σκηνη.Το πληθος ενθουσιαστηκε και ζεσταθηκε για το μεγαλο ονομα της βραδιας που θα ακολουθουσε.

Cock Sparrer came on stage loud and fast and gave a fantastic gig full of energy and played the most of their best songs from different albums of their long carrier.The fans were singing and dancing and the band was very happy with all this exploding atmosphere.After the gig they were very happy and told me that they would like to come many years ago but it didnt happened.For sure they will come back if they asked for
Οι Cock Sparrer βγηκαν στη σκηνη δυνατα και γρηγορα και εδωσαν μια φανταστικη συναυλια γεματη ενεργεια παιζοντας τα καλυτερα τραγουδια απο διαφορετικα αλμπουμ της μακροχρονης καριερας τους.Το κοινο τραγουδουσε χορευε και εκανε πολυ χαρουμενη την μπαντα με αυτη την εκρηκτικη ατμοσφαιρα.Μετα τη συναυλια ηταν πολυ χαρουμενοι και μου ειπαν οτι θα ηθελαν να εχουν ερθει πιο πριν αλλα δεν ετυχε.Σιγουρα θα επιστρεψουν αν τους ζητηθει

Gang Of Four At Gagarin Live Music Space Athens Greece 27-9-19

On Friday 27th of September 2019 Gang Of Four visited Athens Greece at Gagarin 205 Live Music Space and gave a powerful and rhythmic gig

Andy Gill was the brain Thomas McNeice with his fantastic and unique sounded bass and Tobias Humble with his steady drums were the rails and John ''Gaoler'' Sterry with his excellence voice and theatrical movements was the soul of the band who didn't stop not for a minute to move on the stage changing positions and tangle the cables.Though the band is a pioneer of post punk music and their songs have copied from hundred other bands, the people who watch them are mainly informed about them.This didn't happened that night.I talked with many people who came to see them for the first time and they were enthusiastic from the gig.The band played old songs and many from the great latest album Happy Now which came out on their 40th anniversary.Hope they will come back soon.Thanks for everything Guys...

Την Παρασκευη 27 Σεπτεμβριου 2019 οι Gang Of Four επισκευτηκαν την Αθηνα στο Gagarin 205 Live Music Space και εδωσαν μια δυναμικη και ρυθμικη συναυλια.Ο Andy Gill ηταν ο εγκεφαλος ο Thomas McNeice με το φανταστικο και μοναδικα στακατο ηχο μπασο του και ο Tobias Humble με τα σταθερα τυμπανα του ηταν οι ραγιες και ο John "Gaoler" Sterry με την εξαιρετικη φωνη του και τις θεατρικες κινησεις του ηταν η ψυχη του γκρουπ που δεν σταματησε λεπτο να κινηται πανω στη σκηνη αλλαζοντας θεσεις συνεχως και μπερδευοντας τα καλωδια.Αν και το γκρουπ ειναι πρωτοπορο στην Post Punk μουσικη και τα τραγουδια τους εχουν αντιγραφει απο εκατονταδες αλλα συγκροτηματα,το κοινο που τους παρακολουθει ειναι κυριως γνωστες τους.Αυτο δεν συνεβει εκεινη τη νυχτα.Μιλησα με πολλους που ηρθαν να τους δουν για πρωτη φορα και ενθουσιαστηκαν απο την εμφανιση τους.Επαιξαν παλια τραγουδια και πολλα απο το φανταστικο νεο αλμπουμ τους Happy Now που κυκλοφορησε στην 40στη επετειο τους.Ελπιζω να ξαναερθουν πισω συντομα.Ευχαριστω για ολα παιδια.

The Fuzztones Live At Gagarin Music Stage Athens Greece 26-9-19

On thursday 26-9-19 The Fuzztones gave a fantastic gig at Gagarin 205 Live Music Stage.The performance of the band was great with Marco Rivagli on drums and Eric Geevers on the Bass giving a demonic rhythm, Nico Secontini put his melodies on the keyboards, Rodrigo Fuentealba Palavicino on rythm and solo guitar with his great tremolo riffs and Rudi Protrudi orchestrate with his harmonica guitar and loud vocals.The crowd was singing along and dancing madly making the band not want to leave the stage.Next year 2020 is the 40th anniversary of the band and Rudi said they are making an album and a tour around some cities.I hope they'll come in Greece to celebrate together.Cronos.

Την Πεμπτη 26-9-19 The Fuzztones εκαναν μια φανταστικη εμφανιση στο Gagarin 205 Live Music Stage.Η συναυλια ηταν εξαιρετικη με τον Marco Rivagli στα τυμπανα και τον Eric Geevers στο μπασο να δινουν ενα δαιμονικο ρυθμο,το Nico Secondini να βαζει τις μελωδιες του στα πληκτρα,τον Rodrigo Fuentealba Palavicino στη ρυθμικη και σολο κιθαρα με τα τελεια ριφ με τρεμολο και τον Rudi Protrudi να ενορχηστρωνει με την φυσαρμονικα την κιθαρα και τα δυνατα φωνητικα του.Το πληθος τραγουδουσε μαζι και χορευε τρελα κανοντας το γκρουπ να μην θελει ν' αφησει την σκηνη.Τον επομενο χρονο 2020 ειναι η 40κοστη επετειος του γκρουπ και ο Rudi ειπε πως ετοιμαζουν ενα ειδικο αλμπουμ και μερικες εμφανισεις σε καποιες πολεις.Ελπιζω να ερθουν στην Ελλαδα να γιορτασουμε μαζι.Cronos.

Manowar in Athens Greece 14-6-19

Την Παρασκευη 14 Ιουνιου 2019 στα πλαισια της τελευταιας τους παγκοσμιας περιοδιας οι Manowar εκαναν σταση στην αγαπημενη τους Ελλαδα στο Athens Release Festival στην πλατεια νερου στο Φαληρο.Μαζι τους εμφανιστηκαν οι δικοι μας Battleroar οι Ολλανδοι Imperia και οι Ιταλοι Rhapsody Of Fire.Οι Battleroar ζεσταναν τους πρωτους θεατες που επαιρναν θεση στο χωρο νωρις κατω απο 35 βαθμους με τους Imperia να ακολουθουν με τα κλασικα οπερετικα τραγουδια τους.Οι Ιταλοι Rhapsody Of Fire που εχουν πολλους φιλους στην Ελλαδα ξεσηκωσαν το κοινο με τα ορχηστρικα μεταλ τραγουδια τους και ανοιξαν το δρομο για τους Manowar.Λιγο μετα τις 11 οι Manowar εκαναν εκρηκτικη εμφανιση στη σκηνη και επαιξαν ολο το set list με μικρες ανασες χωρις σταματημα.Τα τυμπανα δονουσαν το χωρο το μπασο του Joey De Maio τρανταζε τη σκηνη η φωνη του Erik Adams εφτανε στον ουρανο και η κιθαρα πεταγε φλογες.Ηταν μια τελεια εμφανιση συνδιασμενη με πολλα εκρηκτικα καπνους και ενα θεαμα βεγγαλικων στο τελος.Οταν ξεκινησα να παω περιμενα μια αξιοπρεπη εμφανιση απο ενα συγκροτημα που λατρευω απο 15 χρονων.Οταν εφευγα ειχα ενα τεραστιο χαμογελο και την ικανοποιηση οτι οι αγαπημενοι μου Manowar ειναι ακομα και στη δυση της καριερας τους μια τεραστια μπαντα.Συγνωμη απο τους Battleroar που δεν εχω φωτο τους.Ευχαριστω τον Jim για την παρεα και τα δωρα 

Friday 14 of June 2019 during the Final Battle World Tour Manowar made a stop at their beloved Greece and gave a concert at Release Athens Festival In Faliro Athens.With them were the local band Battleroar the Duch Imperia and the Italian Rhapsody Of Fire.Battleroar opened the festival and warm up the first fans under the burning sun with 35 C degrees with the operetic metal band Imperia to follow.The Italians Rhapsody Of Fire with many friends here in Greece made the fans to jump with their orchestral metal songs and opened the way for Manowar.Minutes after 11 Manowar made an explosive entrance on stage and played the whole set list with some breaths without stopping. The drums were vibrating the place Joey's DeMaio's bass was rattling the stage Erik's Adams voice was reaching the sky and the guitar was throwing flames.It was a great performance combined with with lots of explosives smokes and a spectacle of fireworks at the end.When i left to go i was expecting a descent show from a band that i adore since i was 15 years old.When i left i had an enormous smile on my face and the satisfaction that my favorite band Manowar even at near the end of their carrier they are a huge band.Sorry from Battleroar that i have no photos of them.A big thanks to Jim for the company and the presents
