Την Παρασκευη 14 Ιουνιου 2019 στα πλαισια της τελευταιας τους παγκοσμιας περιοδιας οι Manowar εκαναν σταση στην αγαπημενη τους Ελλαδα στο Athens Release Festival στην πλατεια νερου στο Φαληρο.Μαζι τους εμφανιστηκαν οι δικοι μας Battleroar οι Ολλανδοι Imperia και οι Ιταλοι Rhapsody Of Fire.Οι Battleroar ζεσταναν τους πρωτους θεατες που επαιρναν θεση στο χωρο νωρις κατω απο 35 βαθμους με τους Imperia να ακολουθουν με τα κλασικα οπερετικα τραγουδια τους.Οι Ιταλοι Rhapsody Of Fire που εχουν πολλους φιλους στην Ελλαδα ξεσηκωσαν το κοινο με τα ορχηστρικα μεταλ τραγουδια τους και ανοιξαν το δρομο για τους Manowar.Λιγο μετα τις 11 οι Manowar εκαναν εκρηκτικη εμφανιση στη σκηνη και επαιξαν ολο το set list με μικρες ανασες χωρις σταματημα.Τα τυμπανα δονουσαν το χωρο το μπασο του Joey De Maio τρανταζε τη σκηνη η φωνη του Erik Adams εφτανε στον ουρανο και η κιθαρα πεταγε φλογες.Ηταν μια τελεια εμφανιση συνδιασμενη με πολλα εκρηκτικα καπνους και ενα θεαμα βεγγαλικων στο τελος.Οταν ξεκινησα να παω περιμενα μια αξιοπρεπη εμφανιση απο ενα συγκροτημα που λατρευω απο 15 χρονων.Οταν εφευγα ειχα ενα τεραστιο χαμογελο και την ικανοποιηση οτι οι αγαπημενοι μου Manowar ειναι ακομα και στη δυση της καριερας τους μια τεραστια μπαντα.Συγνωμη απο τους Battleroar που δεν εχω φωτο τους.Ευχαριστω τον Jim για την παρεα και τα δωρα
Friday 14 of June 2019 during the Final Battle World Tour Manowar made a stop at their beloved Greece and gave a concert at Release Athens Festival In Faliro Athens.With them were the local band Battleroar the Duch Imperia and the Italian Rhapsody Of Fire.Battleroar opened the festival and warm up the first fans under the burning sun with 35 C degrees with the operetic metal band Imperia to follow.The Italians Rhapsody Of Fire with many friends here in Greece made the fans to jump with their orchestral metal songs and opened the way for Manowar.Minutes after 11 Manowar made an explosive entrance on stage and played the whole set list with some breaths without stopping. The drums were vibrating the place Joey's DeMaio's bass was rattling the stage Erik's Adams voice was reaching the sky and the guitar was throwing flames.It was a great performance combined with with lots of explosives smokes and a spectacle of fireworks at the end.When i left to go i was expecting a descent show from a band that i adore since i was 15 years old.When i left i had an enormous smile on my face and the satisfaction that my favorite band Manowar even at near the end of their carrier they are a huge band.Sorry from Battleroar that i have no photos of them.A big thanks to Jim for the company and the presents
